When you attach an image to a Photo/AV record, metadata from the image appear.
The metadata is on the last tab of the Photo/AV Identification window and is searchable.
If the image changes, the metadata in Vernon CMS can be updated, either:
oOpen the Photo/AV record for the image, go to the Digital Metadata tab and click the Load/Reload Metadata button.
oUpdate all image metadata with the Bulk Update Photo/AV Metadata tool.
