You can copy lists to Microsoft Excel.
Copy to Excel will only copy the fields you have in List Manager, and the thumbnails for each record.
If you don't want the thumbnails to be exported, you will can export to Microsoft Excel with Reporting.
To Copy Data from List Manager to Excel
1.Open the records you want to copy in List Manager.
2.Go to the Edit menu > Copy to Excel or Ctrl+Shift+X.
