A Correspondence History window appears in most datafiles, with the exception of Diary.
This window displays a read-only table with a summary of related Correspondence records. The information in this window is from the Correspondence file.
You can create new Correspondence records by clicking the New button. Correspondence records created in this way are automatically linked to that record.
Double clicking on a row will open Correspondence records as a link.
