Notes fields record additional information. Notes fields can record comments, descriptive information, explanations or references.
Field Type
Searching
Search this field with the name of the Notes field in Advanced Search, or use a Select Statement.
Reporting
Select the name of the Notes field in reporting.
In Tables:
In Down the Page reports, you can either choose to display the entire table or display the Notes field alone. To see Notes as an option, press the Expand All button next to the name of the table 
.
For Across the Page reports, select the name of the Notes field.
Sorting is not available for this field.
Internal Field Name
Click into the field and press Alt+F1 on your keyboard to access the pop-up window with the field names.
