The Display Flag field allows you to select which rows of data should be displayed in reports. For example, you may want only the most recent set of measurements to be used in reports or when exporting data, or you may not want the details of some markings on an object, such as an accession number marked on the object.

Searching
Search this field with a Select Statement.
Reporting
Select fields marked 'Y display only' to report only data with Display marked as Yes, or 'Y&N display' for all rows of data in reporting.
Sorting is not available for this field.

Click into the field and press Alt+F1 on your keyboard to access the pop-up window with the field names.
