There are multiple ways to find records in Vernon CMS.

You can use Advanced Search to search on all the fields. Advanced Search is useful for more complicated searches and searches that involve multiple fields. You can also use Advanced Search to search for fields that are missing data.
Most Recently Accessed Records
Using the File > Most Recently Accessed Records, or press CTRL+A, you can open any of your 20 most recently opened records.
Random Selection
Using Tools > Utilities > Random Record Selection tool you can let the system randomly select any number of records.
