Data displayed in Vernon Browser is exported from Vernon CMS in XML format.
From Vernon CMS version 10 onwards there are three different tools for exporting your data. The most appropriate tool to use will be determined, in part, by the version of Vernon Browser you are using.
For Vernon Browser 3.x or earlier you must use either the Vernon Browser Export Wizard or the Vernon Browser Advanced Configuration tools.
oThe Export Wizard is a simple to use tool that takes you through the export configuration step-by-step.
oThe Advanced Configuration tool is useful for editing the export parameters directly (rather than a part of a series of steps).
Once you have created and saved a Browser Export Configuration record, using either the Export Wizard or the Advanced Configuration window, you can open, modify and run the export using either tool.
The Export Wizard and and Advanced Configuration windows are accessed via the Tools menu: Tools > Public Access > Vernon Browser.
For Vernon Browser 4.0 or later you must use the XML Export report type in the Reporting window.
