The Outward Rights, Reproduction & Use Activity file can record and invoice reproduction rights sold or granted to other parties. It also offers scheduling facilities for processing requests.
The Outward Rights, Reproduction & Use file includes fields for recording request details, recommendation details, client order number, product information, delivery information and invoicing. There are facilities for copying credit lines and rights details from the Object or Photo/AV record.
This activity file has the additional facility to specify a Photo/AV record for any object linked to the Outward Rights, Reproduction & Use record. In this way you can control which image of an object or artwork is involved with the request. This feature is available in the Object & Activities window.
