The Role field records the role a person had in relation to the record. Role fields appear in many tables throughout Vernon CMS alongside the Person field.
Field Type
Searching
To search on the Role field, select "Person: all roles" in Advanced Search. A small window will open where you can either specify the person you are searching for, the role that a person has had in any record, or both.

Reporting
Select the name of the table that the role field is part of in reporting.
Internal Field Name
Click into the field and press Alt+F1 on your keyboard to access the pop-up window with the field names.
