The Management Activity search field allows you to search for other Activity files and records that have been linked to the Activity file you are working in. For example, you may need to search for all Inward Loan records that have been linked to a particular Exhibition Venue.
You can specify only one Management Activity at a time, but you can select multiple records at once if necessary, by:
ousing the right square bracket ] in the Record table - note that this will select ALL records in the datafile
otyping in part of a word to retrieve a particular record
oClicking the Options button.
If there are multiple possible Activities, the system will open an Authority Search window from which you can select the relevant record(s).
