You can link Activities together.
1.Open the Activity you want to link another Activity to.
2.Go to the Objects & Activities window by opening it from the Navigator, or click the button in the main window: 
3.Go to the Activities tab.
4.Click into the first empty row in the table. In the Activity Column, enter the type of Activity you are linking to, e.g. "Condition Report".
5.In the Record column, enter the File Number of System ID of the individual record you want to link to.
6.Save the record.
