Advanced Search can be customised in two ways:
Change the fields you can pick from in Advanced Search
By default, all indexed fields are available as Search Fields in Advanced Search. You can restrict or reorganise the fields available.
Restrict the results of a search
Search Filters can restrict the results of a search. These filters can be optional, and selected by the User as part of the search, or they can be enforced.
By default, Vernon CMS has two Search filters: Accessioned Items or Deaccessioned Items. Choosing one of these filters restricts the search of records with that Procedural Status (e.g. only accessioned items).
You can create additional Search Filters for other Object Procedural Statuses or the Department field.
