Vernon Systems may ask you to turn on the Debugger window.
Go to Tools > System Maintenance > Customised Configuration > System tab.
Tick the Window check box to show an error message. Tick the Dump checkbox and the system will create a file containing information about an error. This can be sent to Vernon Systems for further action.
