Treatment Down the page reporting: Expand 'Analysis/Examination', or 'Treatment Facet Details' then select 'Facet'.
Treatment Across the page reporting: Select 'Analysis Facet', or 'Treatment Facet'.
Condition Report Down the page reporting: Expand 'Detailed Condition' then select 'Facet'.
Condition Report Across the page reporting: Select 'Detailed Condition Facet'.
Sorting is not available for this field.
