You can make your searches faster and more precise by using Search Keys. You can specify which field you want to search in, and it will search in that field only.
For example, if you want to search for the Id number 123, but you don't want anything with '123' in any other field, you could put ID\123 into the search bar.
The available search keys vary by file.
