The Inward Loan Activity file records loans of objects to your institution. It can record long or short-term loans, as well as planned future loans.
Inward Loan data fields allow you to record Request Details, the Type and Purpose of the loan, Curator in Charge, and the Start Date and End Date for the loan. There is also the facility to renew loans as well as generating a bulk move when loan objects are returned.
