When logging into Vernon CMS, you must have a user name. Passwords are optional, unless your organisation has decided to require a password.
When passwords are required:
•All Users must have a password.
•When a new User is created, a password must be created before a User can be saved.
To Make Passwords Compulsory
1.Go to Tools menu > System Maintenance > Security.
2.Click on the Configuration button.
3.Tick the Passwords Required checkbox.
4.If you want passwords to change regularly, enter the amount of days a password is valid for, otherwise leave blank.
5.Click OK.
Change Your Login Password
1.Go to Tools menu > User Tools > Change Password.
2.Enter your current password and your new password.
3.Click OK.
