The User View window is a read-only view of a record. You can set up User Views to contain only the fields necessary for certain users, so that all the relevant information can be viewed in one place. Data cannot be edited in the User View window.
Vernon CMS includes four default User Views for the Object file, and one default User View for all the other datafiles. Every datafile has an All Fields User View, which shows every field. The Object file also has: Registrarial (core details), Registrarial (full details), Curatorial, and Conservator. To create new User Views, go to: User View Configuration.

1.Open the record you want to see.
2.Open the User Views window from the Navigator.
3.Click the Select View button to choose a User View.
