You can select all your records in a datafile using List Manager:
With List Manager open, go to the Records menu:
All Records
Selects all the records in the file you are in.
All Records (Sorted)
Selects all the records in the file you are in but first allows you to specify sort criteria.
When you click on All Records (Sorted), the Sort window will appear. Follow the usual instructions for selecting List Manager Sort fields.
Depending on the number of records in a file, the process of selecting, or selecting and sorting, all records in the file could be lengthy.
All Records Except Current List
Selects all the records in the file you are in but eliminates the records in any list that is currently being viewed in the List Manager.
