The way Object data is displayed in the Activities files is controlled by the One Line Summary of Object. The One Line Summary is displayed in the following places:
oView only Objects table in the main window for each Activity
oObjects tab of the Objects & Activities window
oThe Objects fields in the Reporting and Query tools
You can configure the One Line Summary of Object for each Activity file.
