Vernon CMS shows a summary for every datafiles. The summary is called the One Line Display and appears at the top of a window.
You can change the fields included in the one line display.
1.Go to Tools menu> System Maintenance > User Defined Parameters > User View Configuration.
2.Type "One Line Display" into the search bar and press Enter.
3.Choose the One Line Display for the datafile you want to edit.
4.Click into the Fields to Display field and add, delete, or change the order of the fields. If you include too many fields, or if the data in the fields is too long some of the text could be cut off.
5.Save the record.
