Correspondence

The Correspondence file records correspondence relating to your collection. It documents all forms of correspondence, in writing, verbally, historic, or contemporary. You can attach documents related to the communication, such as an external file of an email, or a scanned copy of a letter, and you can record all of the parties involved in the correspondence.

Correspondence records can exist as standalone records, or they can be linked to records from other datafiles. When a correspondence record is linked to another record, you will see it in the Correspondence History window for the other record.
