The Diary file can schedule tasks for records in other datafiles. You can assign tasks to users in the system, such as taking photographs or doing a condition report of an object, or signing off a loan, or requesting a facilities report of a lendee organisation.
Datafiles that use Procedural Control can use scheduling in the Diary file for scheduling procedural control changes.
