The Place Role field records how a place is involved in relation to the record. The Place Role field appears in many tables throughout Vernon CMS alongside the Place field.
Field Type
Searching
To search on the Place Role field, select "Place: all roles" in Advanced Search. A small window will open where you can either specify the place you are searching for, the role that a place has had in any record, or both.

Reporting
Select the name of the table that the Place Role field is part of in reporting.
Internal Field Name
Click into the field and press Alt+F1 on your keyboard to access the pop-up window with the field names.
