The Exhibition Venue Activity file records details about the physical exhibition. It allows you to record information specific to the venue of the exhibition so travelling exhibitions can be recorded easily. It also allows for variations of objects if an exhibition is involved with multiple venues.
Exhibition Venue works in tandem with the Exhibition Concept file. Related Objects and Activities are linked to the Exhibition Venue record. Any number of Exhibition Venue records can be linked to an Exhibition Concept record.
The linking of the Exhibition Venues to the Exhibition Concept record allows the user to detect any date conflicts or excessive gaps for the linked objects.
