You may want a quick description of an Authority term without having to access the term itself.
For example, if you have specified that Description is the field to display in Popup Help on Thesaural Terms. Popup help can be accessed from the Classification Term as it appears in the Classification field in the object record.
To access popup help for Authority Terms, click on the term and press Shift+F1, or go to Help menu > Authority Term Help.
You can choose the field for the popup help. Go to Tools > System Maintenance > Customised Configuration > Authority tab. The contents of the field you choose will be what pops up.
