A record for the image or other multimedia must already exist in the system before you can link it to any other records: creating image records.

This field is in the Photo/Audio-Visual References window for every datafile in Vernon CMS.
Searching
Search this with 'Photo/Audio-Visual' in Advanced Search, or use a Select Statement.
Reporting
Select 'Photo/Audio-Visual Details' in reporting. This will display the image details in the report.
To include images in Group (Down the Page) reports, click the Format button and check the "Images" checkbox.
Sorting is not available for this field.
