This field is part of a table including Map Type, Map Ref, and Notes.
Searching
In Site search this field with 'Grid Ref' in Advanced Search, or use a Select Statement.
In Object search this field with a Select Statement.
Reporting
Site Down the page reporting: Expand 'Map Details' then select 'Grid Ref'.
Site Across the page reporting: Select 'Grid Ref'.
This field is available as a sort field in the Site datafile select 'Grid Ref'.
Object Down the page reporting: Expand 'Field Coll Map Details' then select 'Grid Ref'.
Object Across the page reporting: Select 'Field Coll Grid Ref'.
Sorting is not available for this field in the Object datafile.
