You can specify why an object is in a location.
For example:
oUsual Location*
oExhibition Loan
oOutward Long Term Loan
oConservation
oTemporary Storage
oDisplay
oResearch
oInventory
*Usual Location is a special Location Reason. When you use it the Location field is auto-filled with the recorded Usual Location.
