You can create multiple Usual Locations or Inventory Reasons, such as Usual Exhibition Location, Usual Location for Packing unit, Usual Storage Location or Inventory Project 2010-2015.
To make a location reason a Usual Location or Inventory Reason, you need to flag it.
1.Go to Database menu > Other Files.
2.In the Other field, enter Location Reason.
3.Enter the name of the location reason.
4.In the navigator, under Other Files Location: Reason, open the Authority Management window.
5.In the Management Flag table, enter Usual Location Flag or Inventoried Flag.
6.Save the record.
