Vernon CMS requires a certain amount of memory space to work smoothly. If the system resources get below a certain percentage, you will get a warning.
You can change warning percentage in Tools menu > System Maintenance > Customised Configuration > System tab, and changing the number in the Warn when System Resources get below 'x' percent field.
