The states available are:
•Due
•Actioned
•Cancelled
•Failed

This field is part of a table including Task, Person, Due Date, State, State Date, and Notes.
Searching
This field can only be searched from the Diary datafile. Search this field in Diary with 'State' in Advanced Search, or use a Select Statement.
Reporting
This field can only be reported on from the Diary datafile. Select 'State' in reporting.
This field is available for sorting, select 'State'.
