Sign Off options work in conjunction with the Procedural Status records that have been set up in your system.
To configure Sign Off:
1.Go to Tools > System Maintenance > Activities Configuration > Sign Off & Scheduling
2.Tick the Activities where you wish to enable or enforce Sign Off.
Please note that if you want to enforce Sign Off, you will need to tick the options for BOTH enable and enforce.
If you choose not to enforce Sign Off, each user will be able to configure this option for themselves in their User Preferences.
3.Click OK to save.
