You can find records with images using Advanced Search.
You can find records with a particular image, sound file or motion video, or you can find records with media of a particular type (e.g. all records which have an image, regardless of which image they have).
Find records associated with specific media
1.Open Advanced Search

2.Select Photo/Audio-Visual from the available search fields.
3.Enter the name of the media file Search For box (e.g. Vernon.jpg or Chair.bmp). You can enter multiple names on separate lines of the Search For box.
4.Click the Next button.
Find records associated with media of a particular type
1.Open Advanced Search .
2.Select Photo/Audio-Visual Multimedia Format from among the available Search Fields and click Next.
3.In the Search For box click on the Options button 
to choose the multimedia format.
4.Click Next to find all records that have files associated of the chosen format.
