The 'Related Object Is' field records the nature of the relationship the Related Object has to the current object.

When setting up Related Object terms, you can enter an 'Opposite Term'. When you fill in the Related Object table, the referenced object's Related Object table is also updated, and the opposite term will be filled in the Related Object Is field.

Search this field with 'Related Object', then enter the Related Object Is term in the 'Role in Object' field in Advanced Search, or use a Select Statement.
Reporting
Down the page reporting: Expand 'Related Objects (full details)' then select 'Relationship'.
Across the page reporting: Select 'Object Relationship'.
Sorting is available for this field, select 'Object Relationship'
