Some text fields (Name/Title, Brief Description, Credit Line) can be chosen from the Search Fields box. If you want to search other text fields, use the All Text option in the Search Fields box.
For example, if you search All Text for the word 'mother', the system will locate objects where the word mother appears in the Name/Title field (e.g. 'Whistler's Mother', 'Mother of Pearl Fruit Knife') in the Brief Description field (e.g. 'Colour photograph of a mother and her children'), in the Curator's Comments field (e.g., 'Previously thought to depict the artist's mother').
