You can copy lists to Microsoft Excel.
Copy to Excel will only copy the fields you have in List Manager, and the thumbnails for each record.
You can choose if you want to include the images when copying a list to Microsoft Excel.
To Copy Data from List Manager to Excel
1.Open the records you want to copy in List Manager.
2.Go to the Edit menu > Copy to Excel with Images or Ctrl+Shift+X. Or if you don't want the images, Copy to Excel without Images or Ctrl+Alt+X
