Edit an existing Group, by opening the Group record you want to edit. You can either type the Group name into the Search bar or click the Advanced Search button Book Index to choose your Group from a list.

 

To add a User to a Group, click the Add button, then click on the User(s) you want to add and click OK.

To remove a User from a Group, click on the user name and click the Remove button.

 

To add a Superior or Subordinate Group, click the Add button, then click on the Group(s) you want to add and click OK.

A Superior Group(s) can do everything your current Group can do and your current Group can do everything its Subordinate Group(s) can do.

 

To remove a Superior or Subordinate Group, click on the Group and click the Remove button.

If you remove a Subordinate Group, your current Group loses all the rights it inherited from that Group. You can add those rights manually to your Group record.
