This field is part of a table including External File and Notes.
Searching
Search this field with a Select Statement.
Reporting
Down the page reporting: Expand 'External File Details' then select 'Category'.
Across the page reporting: Select 'External File Category'.
If the External File Category used is 'Web Address' you can use the reporting field Web Address to display the External File Name as an URL.
Sorting is available for this field, select 'External File Category'.
