The Authority Status field records the status of the term. In situations where your institution is controlling the of terms for a file, this field allows you to indicate which terms have been accepted, and which terms are pending approval.

Search this field with 'Current Status' in Advanced Search or use a Select Statement.
Reporting
Select 'Current Status' in reporting.
Sorting is available for this field, select 'Current Status'
