The Associated Person field records the name of a person or company associated with an object, topic, or event.
For example:
•The person who wore or used the object
•The person who inspired the project
•The person who created the original of which this is a copy.

Searching
Search this field by expanding 'Person: all roles' then select 'Associated Person' in Advanced Search or use a Select Statement.
Reporting
Object Down the page reporting: Select 'Associated Person (name only)' or 'Associated Person (full details)'.
Object Across the page reporting: Select 'Associated Person'
Topic Down the page reporting: Select 'Associated Person Details'.
Topic Across the page reporting: Select 'Associated Person'.
Sorting is available for this field, select 'Associated Person'.
Internal Field Name
Click into the field and press Alt+F1 on your keyboard to access the pop-up window with the field names.
