The Associated Person Role field records the role that an Associated Person has, in relationship to an Object or Topic.
When a Person record is linked to an Object or Topic record through the Associated Person field, the system automatically makes an entry in the Person File.

Searching
Search this field by expanding 'Person: all roles' then select 'Associated Person' in Advanced Search or use a Select Statement.
Reporting
Object Down the page reporting: Expand 'Associated Person (full details)', then choose 'Role'.
Object Across the page reporting: Select 'Associated Person Role'
Topic Down the page reporting: Expand 'Associated Person Details', then choose 'Role'.
Topic Across the page reporting: Select 'Associated Person Role'.
Event Down the page reporting: Expand 'Associated Person, Role & Notes', then choose 'Role'.
Sorting is available for this field, select 'Associated Person Role'.
Internal Field Name
Click into the field and press Alt+F1 on your keyboard to access the pop-up window with the field names.
