WHAT IT'S USED FOR:
This field is where you specify your pre-configured list for this Highlights Tour. Each Highlights Tour will be based on a saved list that you need to create before attempting to set up a Highlights Tour. You define the order in which records will appear in the Highlights Tour in the construction of the list.
WHERE TO FIND IT:
Access the Highlights Configuration window via the Export Wizard or the Advanced Configuration.
HOW TO USE IT:
List name is an authority controlled field.
Simply enter the list name in the field if you know it OR click on the Options Button (or press [Alt + Down Arrow]) to select a list that has already been created, or follow instructions for creating a list as required.
Remember that Search Operators are useful search tools, and can be used in any authority controlled field.
