You decide what processes Groups (or specific Users) can access.

There are three main types of Processes:

Window processes (for example, prevent access to the Object Valuation window from the Navigator)

Menu processes (for example, prevent access to the Object Valuation window from the menu)

Button processes (for example, prevent access to Object Valuation window from the Go to Related Datafile button)

Inherited Rights

A Group may not appear to have any Process Security but may still have access to that Process. This can happen if a subordinate Group has been allowed access to that Process. Then the higher Group will inherit the rights of the Group below and can access anything the lower Group can.
