XML import is a tool for bulk importing and updating records in Vernon CMS. Use XML import when you want to create a large amount of new records, or when you want to add data to many fields in a large number of records, and one of the other Bulk Tools won't update the fields you need.
A spreadsheet for importing data into Vernon CMS can be found in the Wincoll > Toolkit folder. Every row in the spreadsheet relates to one record. Every column relates to a field in Vernon CMS.
