The Deaccession Activity file records information about the deaccession process of an object, or group of objects. This activity helps you track the deaccession process from its proposal through to its completion.
The Deaccession Activity does not automatically change the procedural status of any objects it is linked to at any point. You must set up procedural control rules to prompt this to happen, or do it manually.
