You can create a template to repeatedly fill in the same information in when cataloguing.
1.Open a new record and enter data into the appropriate fields.
2.Go to Edit menu > Save Record as Template. Portfolio will open and you can save the Template for the current session, or for permanent use.
3.You can either edit the record on screen and save or close the record without saving.
There are some fields which cannot be added to templates:
•Accession Number
•Procedural Status
•Member Objects
•Status History
•Update History
•Location Information
•Linked Activities
•Diary Tasks
•Originating Database information
