Portfolio is where you manage your saved Lists, Searches, Reports, and Templates.
To open the Portfolio, press the file button 
in the top left of the toolbar.

Your default folder
Each user has their own folder. This folder will open whenever you open Portfolio. You can change the default folder in your User Preferences.
Opening a saved search, report, list or template from Portfolio
You can double-click on any saved item in Portfolio to open it. When you select multiple items, the one you select last will be the one that is opened when you click OK.
Searching on Portfolio
You can search in Portfolio by opening the Portfolio, then entering your search term in to the search bar, or use Advanced Search

Reporting on Portfolio
You can report on Portfolio using the Reporting tool. To do this, open Portfolio, and then click the Reporting button
