Location External records an external organisation or person responsible for an object when it is outside of the institution. It can be recorded for the current location, for the usual location, for an inventory location, and appears in the location history.

Searching
Search this field with 'Current Location External' or 'History Location External' or 'Usual Location External' in Advanced Search, or use a Select Statement.
Reporting
Down the page reporting: Expand 'Current Location' or 'Usual Location' or 'Inventory Location' or 'Location History' then select 'External'.
Across the page reporting: Select 'Current Location External', 'Usual Location External' 'Inventory Location External', or 'Location History External'.
Sorting is available for this field select 'Current Location External', 'Usual Location External', or 'Inventory Location External'.
Internal Field Name
