The Available Terms box may be empty if:
omore than 100 terms exist that match what you entered.
ono terms match what you entered.
If the top of the Available Terms box shows that only a small number of terms exist (e.g. fewer than 200 or 300), click the Show All button 
.
If you are working with a hierarchical authority, click the Top Terms button 
. This will show you all the top terms of the hierarchy, and you can navigate down to the term you want.
You can try searching for the term you're looking for in the Search Box at the top of the window. There are three searching options:
•Starts With is the default setting and will bring back terms that start with what you entered.
•Full Word will only find terms that contain the full word you entered.
•Sounds Like will find words that sound similar to the word you entered.
